But here too, the only boundaries are that of imagination. My name is Ray Varela-Romero, more commonly known as R.V. Romero through my work. I’m a writer, editor, filmmaker and storyboard artist with a degree in Creative Writing and Film. I have worked in film production as well as marketing, creating content and overseeing projects in various platforms for clients such as HBO, American Express, and CBS among others. I currently have a feature film in post-production that is slated for theater release, a second film in post-production that will be released on Amazon Prime, and a third in the early stages of pre-production. I’m a lover of cinema, poetry, comic books, paleontology and hiking. This website serves not only to display samples of my work and skills but also to provide a closer look into who I am and where my passions lie.
